This cottage for rent, located in Stratford, stands out by its modern architecture and two balconies overlooking the lake. You can relax and spend time with your loved ones, while admiring the lake. With the sun setting on the horizon, the day ends with a breathtaking sky, all year long. The end of the day leaves us with a starry sky, and the perfect conditions to enjoy the private hot tub of the house.
In the summer, there are many water activities on Lake Aylmer. The property is located in the Baie des Sable area, offering you a smooth entry to the water, with a sandy bottom, ideal for children to have fun in complete safety. You are also invited to use one of the boats provided, either kayaks or the pedalboat to go on an excursion on the waters of this beautiful lake.
Lake Aylmer has many varieties of fish, including bass, walleye, muskellunge and pike, making it a favorite spot for fishers. For boat owners, launch your boat at one of the area's boat slopes, either at the Disraeli Marina or at the Berges du Lac campground in Stratford, and moor it at our dock for the rest of your stay
In winter, you can enjoy many winter pleasures on site and in the area. If the ice allows it, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the frozen lake and breathe the fresh air of the countryside! You enjoy ice fishing? Bring your equipment, and go fishing even in winter. For alpine skiers, Mount Adstock, 25 minutes from the cottage will be waiting for you. Snowshoe trails and tube slipping are also available at this mountain. Quad trails are 1.5 km from the cottage and snowmobile trails are approximately 8 km away.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
With its large windows and pleasant open area on the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful natural light all day. The huge four-sided fireplace will delight everyone on the winter days, offering you a warm atmosphere after a day of outdoor activities. The ground floor will allow a nice conviviality for the larger groups. Some will prepare supper in the fully equipped kitchen while others relax in the living room and feed the fire.
The master bedroom, upstairs, is simply breathtaking; you will not want to go back downstairs! This room has its own bathtub, large glass shower and private half bathroom. You also benefit from privileged access to the balcony and its hot tub.
There is a second living room with television and ping-pong table downstairs. A sofa bed completes this room. The other two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a laundry room are located there.
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room / 1 half bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with Queen bed / 1 bathroom / access to the hot tub on the balcony.
Downstairs: Living room with ping-pong table / 2 closed bedrooms with Queen beds / 1 bathroom / 1 laundry room.
