Located in Ulverton, on the edge of the Eastern Townships and Central Quebec, this cottage for rent will warmly welcome you for a stay with family or friends, for a weekend or for a well deserved vacation. Come stay in the beautiful countryside of Ulverton, take time to get out of your daily routine and come fill up with nature!

The property is ideal for a family holiday. The yard is perfect for children who can have fun on the swings and in the woods. The inviting terrace will allow you to prepare and enjoy your meals in the open air, or simply relax in the sun with a drink in your hand. In the evening, enjoy the fireplace with wood provided to gather together all around a good fire outside. The starry sky of the countryside will make you dream! For added relaxation, relax in the 4-season private hot tub.

The area offers beautiful activities nearby. In summer, enjoy your stay to visit the Wool Mill in Ulverton or the Vineyard Les Vallons de Wadleigh located in the village. Horse riding, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are also available in the area.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The cottage stands out for its large open area with cathedral ceilings and its pretty mezzanine overlooking the place. In the heart of the room, you will find a wood stove, which will be well appreciated during stays a little cooler. Large bay windows let in plenty of light. You will have the view of nature and woodland at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped, so that you have only your food to bring. On the same floor you will find the bathroom with the bath-shower. The 3 bedrooms of the house are located downstairs with the half-bathroom

As regulations are constantly changing, the tenant understands that the dates of their stay could be postponed if new restrictions are announced. In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.

Number of people: The number of people indicated in the contract must represent all the people present at the cottage, whether for one night or during the day. Any additional person will be charged. Additional MINIMUM charge of $ 50 per additional person. It is important that the maximum capacity of the cottage is respected AT ALL TIMES. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction, without notice and without refund. For cottages with a capacity of 16 people or more, we ask that the tenant is 30 years of age or over.
