This beautiful and spacious cottage for rent, located in St-Ferdinand, outstands many others by its 17,000 sq. feet lot and its direct access to Lake William. Having one of the most beautiful grounds on the shores of this lake, this place is perfect for a gathering with family or friends. With all the possible activities at this cottage and in the surroundings, there is something fun to do for everyone.

On beautiful summer days, the lake invites you to water activities. It is possible to bring a motor boat on this lake, but you will have to bring it at the St-Ferdinand marina and inquire about the necessary permit. Access to a shared dock of 60 feet. The dock at the cottage cannot accommodate a motor boat. We leave several types of watercrafts at your disposal, allowing you to explore the lake and its shores. The water level goes gradual up as you take distance from the shore and you will have a depth of 4 feet at the end of the dock. The bottom of the lake is sandy with rocks and shallow on the shores. 

The ideal place for practicing all kinds of team sports during your stay, including volleyball or badminton since a net is installed. Children can run and play as they wish! The cottage has a beautiful sunny terrace all day, overlooking the lake. Several mature trees complement the landscape, offering you shaded spaces as well.

After a busy day, relax on the terrace, seated comfortably, while enjoying the view of the lake. You can prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside at sunset. Enjoy the majestic outdoor stone fireplace to warm up, rain or shine, since it is attached to the roof terrace and always protected from bad weather. Wood is also provided for your fires. A private 4-season hot tub will be waiting for you in the evening, for you to look at the clear starry sky.

In winter, the sloping ground offers you the possibility of sliding. If the temperature allows it, you can go ice fishing on the lake (bring your equipment), or put on your snowshoes and cross-country skis to go explore the frozen lake. To practice these activities, several trails also cross the mountain and the maple grove across the street.

This spacious and luxurious property will allow you to spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The large open area on the ground floor allows the conviviality searched for during a stay as a group in a cottage. The fully equipped kitchen will delight amateur cooks. Its large 6-burner gas stove will be very practical for preparing group meals. The kitchen includes a large island allowing many to prepare good meals. A huge terrace facing the lake is easily accessible, with the BBQ and patio furniture which are sheltered, under the roof. Thanks to its impressive windows, you will be able to observe the lake and its landscapes in all the comfort of this house.

The large wood-burning fireplace in the living room will quickly warm the house. After a day of outdoors playing in the snow, a good hot chocolate is a must in front of the crackling fire!

Upstairs are all the sleeping places. (Photos of the newly renovated rooms will be published as soon as the renovation is completed) You will have access to 4 closed rooms, 2 of which have a view of the lake. The master bedroom has a balcony, where you can have coffee in the early morning. In addition, there are 2 rooms with removable wall, which can also be used as bedrooms. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs.
