As regulations are constantly changing, the tenant understands that the dates of their stay could be postponed if new restrictions are announced. In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.

This little paradise is located about 5 minutes from the village of Weedon, so close to all services (restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) You can access hiking trails at the Parc du Vieux Moulin, snowmobile and 4-wheeler trails , the Weedon Cultural Centre, the Le P'tit Plaisir cheese dairy, the Renaissance farm, and much more.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This small cottage will charm you with its beautiful windows and omnipresent light. The living room, with its view of the river, is open concept with the dining room and the kitchen. In this open area, you will find a wood stove, which will be most appreciated during winter stays!
The property has 3 closed bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is comfortable for 8 people. However, you will find, just next to the cottage, in the renovated garage, a 'lounge' area serving as a games room, with a pool table. You can accommodate 4 more people, for a maximum of 12 people on the property.
