In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.
Situated in Mandeville, on the banks of the Mastigouche river this fabulous cottage has everything you need to relax or rejuvenate during your stay. The wooden environment offers privacy and a captivating nature. The sound of the river flow will be a lullaby to the ears weather you are seated in a chair near the river or relaxing in the private 4 season spa.
The land is spacious allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Children will make their own playground there through the woods! A space has been set up to end the evenings around a fire. While staying here do not forget to take opportunity to watch the stars in the sky after dark.
This cottage is ideal for a stay as a couple out with the small family. In the basement you will find the open concept with a kitchen perfect for cooking with others, the dining room, and the living room. The wood stove in the living room will be greatly appreciated during the winter. A bathroom and a closed bedroom complete this floor. The 2nd bedroom is located upstairs, the mezzanine (low ceiling).
Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.
