For golf lovers, you will find the Golf Royal Estrie course a few minutes away by car. In winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails.

Despite the cottage's small dimensions, you will find comfort in this beach-style home. The floor is completed by a lounge area with sofa bed and television, as well as a bathroom with shower.

The mezzanine style bedroom is accessible by the ladder. We would like to point out that you must be careful when using it and that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Note that the mezzanine ceiling is low and sloping. The ladder can be raised to free up space in the open area.
