COTTAGE RENTAL - LA PETITE MAISON BLEUE

Starting February 12th, 2022:
End of restrictions limiting the number of people in a private residence.

The Government continues to recommend groups of a maximum of 10 people or groups from 3 different addresses, but there will no longer be a legal obligation to limit groups: https://www.quebec.ca/en/health/health-issues/a-z/2019-coronavirus/measures-in-force/indoor-or-outdoor-gatherings-private-homes) 

As regulations are constantly changing, the tenant understands that the dates of their stay could be postponed if new restrictions are announced. In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.

Number of people: The number of people indicated in the contract must represent all the people present at the cottage, whether for one night or during the day. Any additional person will be charged. Additional MINIMUM charge of $ 50 per additional person. It is important that the maximum capacity of the cottage is respected AT ALL TIMES. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction, without notice and without refund. For cottages with a capacity of 16 people or more, we ask that the tenant is 30 years of age or over.
