Here are the restrictions to be observed during your stay, regarding the COVID-19 situation:

- Group from only one address (family already living under the same roof)
- Interregional travel is not recommended, but it is not prohibited. We therefore ask you to limit any unnecessary travel before going to the cottage and to do your groceries in your own region before leaving.
- Red zone: Mandatory curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. - Orange zone: Mandatory curfew from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
As regulations are constantly changing, the tenant understands that the dates of their stay could be postponed or modified. The commodities could be slightly different if restrictions are issued concerning equipment at the cottage. In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.

Located in the heart of an Eastern Townships forest just 25 minutes from Sherbrooke, this is the perfect spot to experience a truly peaceful vacation with family or friends. Your stay won’t be complete without a dip in the all-season spa overlooking the forest. An outdoor fireplace and attractive dining area allow you to enjoy the beauties of nature all day long. The cottage has a covered veranda in the front and an even larger one in the back with a barbecue for serving up your favourite dishes.
The area features many ponds, streams and wooded paths that are a delight to explore. You’re sure to come across birds, deer and perhaps even a moose or two. The property is magnificent in every season. As summer changes into fall, admire the spectacular colours on a hike or ATV outing-you can even try horseback riding! Winter is also a great time to visit and take advantage of snowmobile, cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. The region also boasts a strong cultural offering.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES This two-storey cottage has a maximum occupancy of 10. The ground floor features an open-concept dining room and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator and stove, wall wine rack, microwave and coffeemaker. Relax in front of the living room fireplace in a rocking chair or snuggled comfortably in an armchair. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. The modern bathroom has a shower bath.
