Our team is currently responding to a very high number of calls and emails, in addition to being teleworking which slows down our usual throughput. In any case, please know that we will answer your requests and questions as soon as possible.
Chalet reservations can be made under these conditions:
As of September 29st, 2020
Green and Yellow Zones: - Maximum of 10 people at the cottage
Orange Zone: - Maximum 6 people (or group of 2 different civic addresses maximum) - Interregional travel not recommended
Red Zone: - Group from only one address allowed (one family already living together) - The inter-regional travel is not recommended toward a green, yellow or orange zone and outside Québec, but are sill allowed. We ask that you to limit your traveling and do your shopping in your own region before arriving at the cottage.
If your group comes from a red zone, the restrictions from your own region must be applied even if you visit a region with less restrictions.
As regulations are constantly changing, the tenant understands that the dates of their stay could be postponed or modified. The commodities could be slightly different if restrictions are issued concerning equipment at the cottage. In the event that the government does not allow cottage rentals or that there might be any restriction preventing us from welcoming you to the cottage, we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for the a new booking at the same cottage within the next 12 months. There would be no refunds, under any conditions.
If you already have a reservation:
- We take care of following up on all reservations that are affected by the restrictions, as they occur, by priority of dates of stay. - You can send us an email with your name and reservation # to [email protected] Please do not leave us a voice message, except in an emergency.
We thank you for your understanding and patience. The whole team is working hard to welcome you this fall!
