This brand-new, spacious cottage rental is located in Saint-Calixte, on the shores of Lac des Quatre Saisons. If you wish to experience nature in all its luxury and comfort, this cottage is for you!

While staying at the cottage rental, you'll be able to take advantage of its various outdoor areas, all designed to offer you the utmost comfort. During the day, take advantage of the lake for swimming, fishing or boating. The municipal beach is a 2-minute walk from the cottage. In summer, swimming is pleasant and safe, as entry to the water is shallow and gradual. The water bottom is made of sand and small rocks. Please note that motorboats are not allowed on the lake.

Many activities of all kinds are available in the vicinity of the cottage rental (golf, parachuting, go-karting, hebertism, spa). In summer, you're 15 minutes from St-Calixte's Atlantide water park. Ouareau Forest Regional Park is a 45-minute drive from the chalet, and the new Kilkenny Regional Park is five minutes away. Both of these peaceful natural settings offer superb hiking and biking trails. In winter, the trails are ideal for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Two nearby ski resorts, Ski Montcalm and Val Saint-Côme, offer downhill skiing, tubing and snowshoeing.

You can also take advantage of the private 4-season spa. There's nothing like a relaxing spa treatment before bedtime. Enjoy the starry skies over the countryside.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

As you enter this rental cottage, you'll find a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room. This room is flooded with light thanks to the large bay windows overlooking the lake landscape. This room is large and comfortable for groups of up to 10 people. A bathroom is located on this floor, as well as 2 closed bedrooms. In the basement, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms, as well as the second bathroom.Please note that there is no washer or dryer at the chalet.

First floor: Living room / Kitchen / Dining room / Bathroom with shower / Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed / Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed
