Located on the shores of St-François River, in Weedon, in the Eastern Townships, this charming cottage is ready to accommodate groups of up to 7 people. Entertainment as well as relaxation are expected! Enjoy your stay by doing water activities, such as swimming, fishing and kayaking or boat trips (watercrafts provided). You can swim from the dock or simply on the riverside. The access is on a gentle slope and the bottom of the water and in sand and rocks. Remember to bring your water shoes!

It is possible to go up the river to Lake Louise a little higher. It's a great challenge to kayak! For fishing enthusiasts, you can go fishing with the boat. The river is navigable for about 15 km and also goes to the Salmon River. Several species of fish are caught there, such as bass, walleye, yellow perch, and many more.

Finish your day on a small fire or in the private spa 4 seasons. Enjoy beautiful evenings in the countryside to admire the starry sky! Only 5 minutes from the cottage, you will have access to all services, such as restaurants, pharmacy, CLSC, gas station, credit union, and more.

In winter, snowmobile and 4-wheeled trails are accessible directly from the cottage. Cross-country ski trails are maintained in winter in St-Gerard, a 5-minute drive from the chalet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The cottage Le Monarque has recently been renovated, giving way to a beautiful little house warm and bright. You can observe the fauna and flora from the living room, thanks to its large patio doors overlooking the river. A wood stove is also located in this room which is open concept with the kitchen and dining area. This cottage for rent includes 3 closed bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a large glass shower. All rooms are on the ground floor.
