Cottage Rental - Eastern Townships - St-Claude

Located in St-Claude, on a beautiful grass field with access to Lake Boissonneault, this cottage for rent is also located along the beginning of the small river Watopeka. From the cottage, you will see the dam of the lake, from which the river runs. Part of the land is along this river. To get there, you can go down the hill; however, access to the river is not developed.

Access to the lake is right next to the cottage, by a boat descent that is shared with the neighbor. The entry to the water is good with a gentle slope and a bottom in small rocks and sand. The swimming is very pleasant, and if you want, boats (2 kayaks) are also provided to explore the lake. The fishing is good; the most common catches are bass, walleye, yellow perch, pike.

Take time to relax on the new terrace of the cottage. You will be able to prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy your meals outside, with the view of the lake. After a day of activities, relax in the private 4-season hot tub, or prepare a fire in the outdoor fireplace. We even provide firewood!

This cottage for rent of 4 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

On the ground floor you will find the open-air concept dining room with the fully equipped kitchen. You can eat your meals at the large table, while having the view of the lake. The table seats 6 people, but we have a table and additional folding chairs within your reach. Two bedrooms and a bathroom complete this floor.

Downstairs you will find a cozy living room with a wood stove and firewood provided; something that will be well appreciated during winter stays! The two other bedrooms are on this floor. A full bathroom completes the basement.
