Located on the shores of Lake Thor, in the Eastern Townships, this charming cottage for rent will make you feel on vacation as soon as you arrive! Only non motorized watercrafts are allowed or small 9.9 horsepower boats are permitted on this ecological lake, offering you a stay in peace. In addition, only one shore of the lake is inhabited; offering you a view on the lake and its wild banks. On the opposite bank, you will find the Frontenac National Park.

The entrance to the water is gradual, with its small beach of sand and fine rocks, ideal for young families. With its clear water, swimming is most enjoyable. You can also go on the lake, aboard one of the two kayaks that we leave at your disposal. Enjoy the dock for an afternoon in the sun, or to have a try at fishing. Pike and Walleye are the most fished species of the lake.

With its large cedar hedges and mature trees, the yard offers you quite good privacy. In the evening, you can all gather around an outdoor fire and enjoy the starry sky of the countryside. A 4-season private hot tub is also available for those who want to relax a little more.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR

With its interior just as charming, this cottage for rent is distinguished by its huge stone fireplace located in the living room. Winter stays will be very enjoyable, with some logs in the fireplace! The living room is open concept with the kitchen and the dining room. In these rooms you will find large windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped; you will only have to bring your food. The house has two closed bedrooms and a bathroom, small but functional, with a shower only. All rooms are on the same floor.
