This magnificent cottage for rent, located directly on the shores of Lake Megantic in Frontenac, in the Eastern Townships, will enchant you with its modern, luxurious architecture and its comfort.

Lake Megantic invites you to take your motorboat and moor it at the cottage's dock (including a boat elevator and personal watercraft). A boat launch is available on the neighboring private property. Don't forget your fishing rods, so you can enjoy the trout caught that day on the terrace, at sunset (the watercraft shown on the outside photos is not included).

After a busy day, take advantage of the therapeutic bath to relax or meet around a good meal prepared on the BBQ, then in the evening light a small fire in the outdoor fireplace. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This two-story rental cottage offers 4 closed bedrooms and beautiful common areas. It can accommodate a maximum of 11 people in total. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped luxury kitchen open to the dining room; the living room, with large windows overlooking the lake, is equipped with a wood stove. On the same floor, there are also two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a bathtub with therapeutic lights. The other two bedrooms as well as the living area with the mini bar and pool table area are located on the garden level.

First floor:
Living room / Dining room and kitchen / Bedroom #1: 1 King bed + 1 bathroom equipped with a therapeutic bath and shower / Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed / 1 bathroom with shower.

Garden level:
Second living room / game room with bar area and pool table / 1 Sofa bed / Room #3: 1 Queen and single trundle bed / Room #4: 1 Queen bed / 1 bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Please note that the property is equipped with camera surveillance for the exterior. The camera points to the driveway and the grounds.
