Au Domaine L'Aubergerond is a 7-acre estate in the heart of nature, comprising an inn as well as 7 mini-cottages in Mandeville, in Lanaudière, which can accommodate groups of up to 40 people.

Ideal for family gatherings or between friends, everyone can share the common areas of the inn to gather around a good meal. After a busy day, each family will be able to find their privacy in one of the inn's rooms or in one of the 7 mini-cottages. The whole offers 34 sleeping places, but if you wish to be more numerous, it is possible to get to 40 people. You are responsible for the 6 missing sleeping places (inflatable mattress, bedding, etc.)

Au Domaine L'Aubergerond is located in Mandeville, a true jewel of nature, in Lanaudière. You will find on the spot a small private lake, where family and friends will spend beautiful moments under the sun. Note that the bottom of the lake can be muddy, making swimming less pleasant. Boats are also available. The Inn and the 7 mini-cottages are all on the same land. From the mini-cottages, you have to go around the lake to get to the main inn, a 2-minute walk away. The 7 mini-cottages are all identical except for the first sini cottage (Le Lynx) which includes a small mezzanine. The mini-cottages all have 1 Double bed and 1 Queen bed.

In winter, take advantage of the snowmobile and mountain bike trails near the chalet for rent. It is possible to leave the chalet directly by snowmobile or mountain bike to reach the official trails. There is the possibility of renting snowmobiles one minute from the cottage, with Location Mastigouche.

The cottage for rent is located a two-minute drive from the popular Natur'Eau Spa. For lovers of the outdoors and hiking, you will also be near the Chutes-du-Calvaire Regional Park and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve where you can rent kayaks or canoes.

Please note that to have access to all 7 mini-chalets, your group must be composed of 25 people or more.

For groups of 12 people or less: 2 hostel rooms + 3 mini-chalets
For groups of 13 to 19 people: 2 hostel rooms + 4 mini-chalets
For groups of 20 to 24 people: 2 hostel rooms + 5 mini-chalets
For groups of 25 or more: 2 hostel rooms + 7 mini-chalets

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

It is possible to rent Au Domaine L'Aubergerond for a wedding or an event. The maximum interior capacity of the inn and the mini-chalets remains 40 people, but you can have up to 60 additional guests on the grounds, for the day. The installation of a marquee is permitted, but the place of installation must be approved by the owner. An outdoor chemical toilet must be installed, at the expense of the tenants. The cost for this type of event corresponds to the price of the stay for 40 adults, in addition to a fixed rate of $1,200 for the subtotal of the stay, in order to have the possibility of having guests.

*** Between Thanksgiving weekend and Patriots weekend, we cannot guarantee that watercraft will be available. Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor camera surveillance. The camera points towards the driveway, not the land or the interior of the chalet.***

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The Inn has a great open area where you will find large tables to accommodate 30 people seated. It is possible to seat 10 other people at the bar counter. The fully equipped kitchen is left at your disposal to prepare all your meals on site. The open area offers a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace and a pool table. The Inn has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

The 7 mini-chalets can each accommodate 4 people. They are all equipped with a basic kitchenette and have a private bathroom.

Possibility of adding a 3rd night free of charge for a new reservation made during the week. This offer is not applicable on weekends, in high season, during holidays or school holidays.
