This cottage for rent for 16 people is located in Ste-Émélie-de-l'Énergie, in the region of Lanaudière, not far from the tube slides of St-Jean-de-Matha. You will find a place in the midst of nature that will make you enjoy the great outdoors and all of its charms. Le Louisiane is located on a 25-acre estate, bordered by la Rivière Noire. Note that the domain is shared with a few other small chalets, including Le Yukon and Le New-Jersey.

Come and enjoy nature and the private 4-season hot tub, without mosquito repellent, thanks to its large veranda with mosquito net. Rain or shine, it will welcome you for your morning coffee, or for long chats around the table at the end of the day.

The river awaits you, whether to dip your feet in it, or throw a fishing line. It is accessible from several places, as it runs along the land. You can get there on foot, in 2 minutes or in 15 minutes, depending on the trail you take! You can find your ' favorite spot '! You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy a ride on the river.

For a beautiful beach, discover the municipal beach of Sainte-Émélie de l'Énergie, at about a 5-minute drive from the cottage. For golf lovers, the golf club of St-Jean-de-Matha is also a few minutes away by car. In winter, tube slides are a must!  You can also access snowmobile trails directly from the cottage. You may also visit the Val-St-Côme Ski Center during your stay with us. Take advantage of a beautiful winter day outdoors and then come back to relax in front of a wood-burning fireplace.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR

The cottage has 5 bedrooms, one bathroom and one half-bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is available for you to prepare all your meals on site. An interior fireplace makes it very warm, without forgetting the view on the forest which will make your stay peaceful.

First floor: Open concept kitchen, dining room and living room / one closed bedroom / one full bathroom / Access to the screened porch.
Upstairs: 4 closed bedrooms / one half bathroom.
