Located at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet sector, this property is ideal for walking and bicycling. The wooded area across the road is especially pleasant for a stroll. In addition, the large paved driveway is perfect for inline skating, ball hockey or basketball, and the yard has plenty of space for a game of soccer or volleyball.

More than 30 km² of Lake Aylmer is navigable, and fishing is excellent for a wide variety of species, including bass, muskellunge, pickerel and walleye. Summertime activities include water sports, cycling, hiking and golf. The municipality is home to a vélorail system (two rail-mounted bicycles connected by a platform), the Tour cycliste du lac Aylmer (a family-oriented cycling activity) and a series of outdoor concerts. About 4 kilometres from the property is Parc Bellerive, where you’ll find a marina, free boat launch, hiking trail and restaurant. Winter activities in the region include snowshoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing, tube sliding on Mont Adstock, skating, and ice fishing. Snowmobile and ATV trails also pass near the property.

You may moor your boat at the cottage's dock. Note that it is not possible to use the boat ramp nor the boat lift from the dock.

The property has a maximum occupancy of 12 and can sleep 10 comfortably. The country-style décor creates a charming ambience.
