This charming house on the shores of Lake Aylmer has all the space and comfort you’re looking for! The extensive waterfront grounds feature a dock, outdoor fireplace, and large terrace with spa where you can lay back and enjoy a spectacular view of the lake. Whether you want to relax by the water to the sound of birds singing or warm up in front of the wood stove, this property has it all.

Head out onto the large lake in one of two kayaks provided. You can even fish for pickerel, bass, walleye, trout, muskellunge or any of the other species found in the lake. The lake bottom drops off gradually from the edge of the grassy yard. Take note that the bottom of the lake is muddy on the shores of the lake, but is better as you go further is the water. 

The property is also accessible by snowmobile or by quad during winter. A former railway line leads to a convenience store and gas station, and from there you have access to nearby snowmobile trails.

***Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.***

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The two-storey property has 4 closed bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 downstairs) with 4 Queen beds and 1 sofa bed downstairs. Even with the maximum capacity of 12guests, everybody will be comfortable. The property also features a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized living room and 2 bathrooms complete with shower bath. These common rooms are very sunny due to a large fenestration. From the dining room one can observe the surrounding nature and the magnificent sunrises. In the lounge area, a small wood fireplace will warm you up during cold evenings. The wooden floor and omnipresence of wood in decoration gives the place a rustic feel.
