For your family or friends meetings, seminars, workshops or any other group reunion, L'Usine located in Stanstead in the Eastern Townships can accommodate groups of up to 35 people.

The 13,000 sq. Ft. (1,200 sq. Ft.) building includes 9 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a 1400 square foot (130 sq. Ft.) Kitchen and an 800 sq. ft. solarium / living room (75 sq. ft.).

For cycling, skiing and nature lovers L'Usine offers direct access via its course on the Tomifobia Nature Trail. A 19 km trail along the Tomifobia River, between Route 141 at Ayer's Cliff and Route 247 in Beebe (Stanstead), Quebec, in the heart of the Eastern Townships natural and architectural heritage.

The number of people indicated in the contract must represent all the people present at the cottage, whether for one night or during the day. Any additional person will be charged.

Additional MINIMUM charge of $ 50 per additional person. It is important that the maximum capacity of the cottage is respected AT ALL TIMES. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction, without notice and without refund.

For larger groups, we ask that the tenant is 30 years of age or over.
