This charming rental cottage sits directly on the shores of Trois-Lacs in Val-des-Sources. Guests are sure to enjoy their stay in this little corner of paradise, where beautiful sunsets, fresh air and relaxing in the spa are just the beginning. The fenced backyard is bordered by shrubs, trees and a cedar hedge for maximum privacy. Guests can gather round a landscaped fire pit to roast some marshmallows. Complete with patio furniture and barbecue, the deck is all set for outdoor dining to a splendid view of the lake.

The whole family will enjoy Au Petit Toit Rouge: fish from the shore, or head out onto the lake on one of two kayaks or a rowboat provided. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate nearby access to a bike path. Children will have fun building sandcastles and playing on the lawn or at a small park just minutes away near the municipal beach.The public beach is accessible by a 2-minute walk from the cottage. In addition, there is a public boat descent next to the cottage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This one-storey property with bright, spacious common areas can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. There are 2 closed bedrooms, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, a lovely open-concept space (living room with wood stove, dining room and fully equipped kitchen), as well as a glassed section opening onto the deck. Entertainment options abound: flat-screen television (cable and satellite), DVD player, small stereo system, soccer table and several board games.

  • Nous avons profité de ce chalet pour nous reposer et la vue sur le lac est reposante, très beaux couchers de soleil. Le chalet est très bien préparé en vue des invités. Nous retournerions et nous le suggérons à tous.

    Petit week-end de 2 nuitée au petit toit rouge. Petit, douillet, et tout y est! Proprio très facilement rejoignable et sympathique, elle pense à tout pour un super de beau séjour… même une petite musique d’ambiance à notre arrivée. Lit très confortable, spa très propre et que dire de la vue. Juste wow! Coin hyper tranquille… bref on recommande cet endroit. Bon séjour!

    Le chalet sentait vraiment fort la cigarette. Une odeure qui n'est pas partie des trois jours. J'ai penser quitter tellement l'odeur etait déplaisante, malgré les feux dans le foyé ou mon diffuseur d'huile essentiel. L'odeur restait. Et il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, malgré la description... peut-être l'enlever de la liste des choses fourni. Le spa manque d'eau je pense. Les bières étaient apprécié, le détail de la musique accueillante, avec le feux prêt à allumé, c'est fun. Vue magnifique!
