Located in the country, near the village of L'Avenir, this cottage for rent has everything you need for a relaxing stay by the river. Here, the time of a stay, you may live to the rhythm of the Rivière St-François, which runs along the cottage's land. The house, perched on a hill, offers a breathtaking view on the river's valley. In summer, you can practice water sports, thanks to the 5 kayaks that we leave at your disposal.

Swimming is nice when the water level of the river allows. In summer, the river is usually quite low so you can walk along it and enjoy the small sandy beach. When the river is high, the current can become very strong. Always wear your life jacket.

To enhance your stay and ensure optimal relaxation, a private 4 seasons hot tub is also at your disposal. In the evening, do not hesitate to light a fire outside. Firewood is naturally provided for your stay. Days ending around a good fire, with friends or family, are always memorable!
