This cottage for rent has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. At Au Moderna du Lac Aylmer, enjoy a new and luxurious chalet fully equipped, while enjoying the nature, by going to the lake to relax or to go on a swim.

In summer, swimming is pleasant and safe as the entry to the water is shallow and gradual. The bottom of the water is sandy with small rocks. You will have access to the beautiful Lake Aylmer, at a 2-minute walk from the cottage. Go down the street to the lake, and you will find the large semi-private grassy yard waiting for you. There are two docks, one of which is private for your own group. You can moor a boat for the duration of the stay or use a dock at the local marina, in Disraeli. Two kayaks and a boat are also available during your stay.

To enhance your stay, you can enjoy the cultural and sports activities offered in the region. Nature lovers will be able to enjoy ATV trails (6 km from the chalet) or walking trails nearby at Parc Bellerive. Only 30 minutes from the chalet, Mont Adstock will delight downhill skiing enthusiasts. You can also enjoy tubing and snowshoeing trails. If you're an ice-fishing enthusiast, don't forget to bring your own equipment to enjoy winter fishing on our magnificent Lake Aylmer.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

Entering the chalet, you will find a large open area including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with fireplace. This room lets in tons of light thanks to the large windows overlooking the landscape of Lake Aylmer. This room is large and comfortable for groups of up to 10 people. A bathroom is on this floor. The 3 closed rooms of the property are on the ground floor, with a bathroom with a bath-shower. There is also a living room area with a patio door leading to the yard.

Upstairs: Open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa-bed / 1 bathroom with glass shower.
Ground floor: Living room with sofa-bed / 3 closed bedrooms with a Queen-size bed each / 1 bathroom with bath-shower.

*** For safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing any type of barbecue (BBQ) to the chalet, including propane, charcoal, pellet, electric, or any other type. Guests must use only the BBQ provided by the property owners. The provided BBQ must remain in its designated location at all times and must not be moved. ***
