Luxury in the heart of the nature is what awaits you at Le NerBert. This magnificent cottage rental is in Mandeville in the Lanaudière directly on the banks of the Mastigouche River. The environment around the cottage is wooded and very intimate allowing you to enjoy the nature to the fullest.  The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day long during the summer. The cottage has a large outdoor table available where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air along with the sound of the river flowing nearby.

The cottage is perfect for family meetings, friend meetings or even corporate meetings. In the summer take advantage of the space offered to play sports and let the children play outside! The cottage rental has a play module with swings and slides available which will make the children happy. Kayaks are available at a 5-minute walk from the cottage, by using a path in the woods, shared with the neighboring cottage. 

The outdoor lounge will allow you to relax in the sun and spend quality time with loved ones. Further, the private 4-season spa will be much appreciated during evenings and nights to rest no matter the weather since it is sheltered. The end of the day can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace while taking the opportunity to admire the stars in the sky.

 For outdoor fanatics there are many hiking trails nearby in the beautiful region of Lanaudière to have fun for hours long. You can also reach the snowmobile and ATV trails from the cottage.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

It is possible to rent the cottage Le Nerbert for a wedding or an event. The maximum capacity of the cottage remains 20 people, but you can have up to 60 additional guests on the ground, for the day. The installation of a marquee is permitted, but the place of installation must be approved by the owner. An outdoor chemical toilet must be installed, at the expense of the tenants. The cost for this type of event corresponds to the price of the stay for 20 adults, in addition to a fixed rate of $1,200 for the subtotal of the stay, in order to have the possibility of having guests.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This spacious cottage rental has everything you need to accommodate large groups with its 6 closed bedrooms and it's 4 bathrooms. This cottage can be comfortably rent to accommodate up to 20 people.

It can be a good option for people with reduced mobility. The spaces are large and the door frames on the ground floor are wide so that they can be crossed in a wheelchair.

The basement includes a large open area with a living room that has a wood fireplace with a game room with impressive windows. Further, the kitchen has a large dining room that can seat the whole group.   

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace / Kitchen with dining area / Half-bath / Bedroom #1 with Queen bed / Bedroom #2 with 2 Queen bunk beds / Full bathroom with shower / Enclosed room with washer and dryer
