With its waterfront property, this chalet is the ideal place for practicing your water activities and fishing. You'll have the chance to catch walleye, yellow perch, and bass. A dock is available for mooring small boats (rowboats, kayaks, and canoes). Explore the lake with the 6 provided kayaks and let yourself be lulled by the sparkling waves of the lake.

Situated on a 50,000 square feet property, you'll have the necessary privacy to unwind at the end of a long day of adventures in the private 4-seasons spa. The vast balcony is also perfect for sipping your morning coffee or evening aperitif while contemplating the beauty of the surrounding nature. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows and extending conversations under the stars with your family or friends.

The region is full of activities, allowing you to fully enjoy nature. In addition to water activities and fishing, hiking, swimming (beach), and cycling (bike paths and mountain trails) are all activities that will rejuvenate you. Go hit some balls at the Royal Estrie Golf Course, which is just a few minutes' drive from the chalet. In fact, during winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country skiing trails and snowshoeing paths. Go skiing and sledding at Mount Gleason, which is only a 25-minute drive away. Ice fishing is also a very popular activity on Lake Trois-Lacs. Snowmobile and ATV trails are also nearby. 

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This charming chalet, tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 12 people. The open-concept ground floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining room, all while admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape. You'll be charmed by the abundance of windows in the spacious living area. Upstairs, discover a half-bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. In the basement, you'll find a full bathroom, another bedroom, and a game room where you can extend the evening with some games of foosball or ping-pong. The basement game room is the perfect spot for a movie night or to organize a sports-themed evening surrounded by your loved ones.
