Located in Chartierville, in the Eastern Townships, this charming little cottage for rent has everything you need for a successful, peaceful stay. The cottage is located in the countryside, between mountains and forests. This place is therefore perfect for spending a moment of rejuvenation and relaxation. You will find in the forest a small artificial lake where your dog can go swim about. A private 4-season hot tub is also available during your stay.

All seasons are pleasant for a stay at this cottage. In spring, birds of all species are numerous around the house to make their nests and to sing in the morning. In summer, you can relax quietly, taking a short walk in the country lanes. In the fall, the house finds itself in a festival of flamboyant colors. In winter, it is also possible to discover the region by snowmobile, trails pass through Chartierville.

The place is perfect for observing the starry sky. The cottage is located in the international starry sky reserve of Mont Mégantic. This region is perfect for hikers and outdoors enthousiasts with its' many trails nearby.

Our cottage “Chalet du Ruisseau” is located on the other side of the street, diagonally. It is therefore possible to rent the two cottages for larger families, allowing everyone to have a private place, but to come together for activities or meals.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This completely renovated cottage offers several common areas in which to gather, where everyone will find what they are looking for. One of our favorite rooms is the games room where the mezzanine and its hammock net are located! Music enthusiasts will be delighted to find a guitar and a record player with old vinyl records at the cottage!

Main floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room / Playroom serving as bedroom #3: Double Sofa-bed and 48x72 inch mattress in the mezzanine. / Bathroom with bath-shower.

Upstairs: Master bedroom #1 with patio door and balcony: Queen bed, large wardrobe, possibility of adding mattresses on the floor / Bedroom #2 with balcony: Double bed / Bathroom with glass shower.

Basement : 2nd living room serving as bedroom #4: Double sofa bed anf Futon sofa. We can close the basement door to create this 4th isolated bedroom. The basement allows access to the hot tub from the inside.
