The living room, with its wood-burning fireplace, creates a warm ambiance perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. A second living area is also available for extra space and comfort. The bathroom, featuring a shower and washer-dryer, ensures convenience and practicality for the entire family or group of friends.

Ground floor: Large open-concept area with kitchen, dining room, and living room with a wood-burning fireplace / 2nd living room with a murphy bed (queen size) / Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
