Large veranda windows let in plenty of natural lighting and provide an excellent view of the four-acre property. Entertainment options abound in the spacious living room with pool and soccer tables, large flat-screen television and wood stove. The landscaped property has several areas to play or relax, including a patio with a six-person spa, fire pit, volleyball court, and boat ramp (kayak, canoe available onsite). Please note that the river is shallow in places and is appropriate only for kayaks, canoes. Currents may be strong when the river is high, so always wear a lifejacket.

Ground floor: Kitchen / Dining room #1 (small) / Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed / Bathroom #1 with tub-shower combo and washer-dryer set / Large sunroom with wood-burning fireplace.

Ground floor (4 steps up): Dining room #2 (large) / Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed + 1 sofa bed / Bedroom #4: 1 sofa bed + 1 Queen bed / Bathroom #2 with tub-shower combo

Upper floor: Bedroom #5: 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #6: 2 Queen beds.
